Hello Doctor, Good morning. My husband is using Fertyl-m tablets since 10days. Could you please kindly explain us what are the uses of these tablets? He is using based on the doctor prescription but we wanted to know in depth about the tablet uses. Please help....Thank You

Fertyl m tablets mainly contain clomiphene drug which helps for male infertility and female fertility causes
possible side effects include
intraperitoneal hemorrhage, dizziness, nausea, rashes, depression, weight gain, loss of hair, hot flushes, blurring of vision, abdominal discomfort.
