I had gone through the case and found that there is some difficulty in loosing weight because having
hypothyroidism and working in night shift.
Follow my instruction, definitely your weight will reduce-
1- Avoid all bakery food items.
2- Avoid Bread, Biscuits, Refined flour and sugar from your diet.
3- Avoid protein at night and take light meal at night like vegetable with chapati. No curd, pulses, nonveg and heavy meal.
4- Take roasted Makkhane with roasted white til whenever feel hungry.
5- Take jaggery or resin whenever desire for sweet.
6- Avoid Processed food from you diet.
Hope it will be effective for you. If find difficulty then take Tablet
Metformin 500mg once a day.
It will help to reduce the weight.
