What Are The Ways To Remove The Foreign Particle From The Eyes As Its Itching?

3 days ago, I had a foreign body (sand or grit) in my eye and it was scratching around in my eye. The next day I managed to blink it back by rolling my eyes around in my head. Now, I have extreme itching and an inflamed feeling around my "lacrimal caruncle". It has been like this for 2 days. What could be causing this?

first get it examined by a eye doctor. If foreign body is still present , it can be removed. If present it can continue to scratchthe cornea and a sign of corneal erosion will be there. If removed then antibiotic drop like ofloxacin and neosporine eye ointment can be applied at bedtime. next day it will it will improve.
