my 16 month old has had a runny nose for a couple of days, she has been putting her hand in her mouth alot and fussy. I checked her throat and there was some white on her tonsil, i m not able to get a good look though. No fever . Do you think it is more than a cold? She has had what the nurse calls eczema around her mouth on and off for a couple months, also small patches of it on the arm and leg creases...she is also getting all her molars.
