What Are The Withdrawal Effects Of Heroin?

What should I watch for in a 26 year old male withdrawing from heroin use? He last used 3 days ago and said he used every two to three days 1/2 to a gram at a time crushing and snorting. Did not use a needle but has taken other options as well and suboxin too. He is a mess! This is my son and we have not seen him in four months lives out of state and this is how he came home to us tonite!
