Hi,I am Dr. Amitkumar Sharma (Internal Medicine Specialist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
Hello, my nephew was given what he thought was oxycodone 30mg. They came in a capsule form with powder inside. There are no markings on the capsule. It is just a dark shade of blue. He was injured in Iraq and has a rod in his back. He said the last time he took a 30mg pill was yesterday morning and was starting to feel withdrawal symptoms this morning, after he took the capsule the withdrawal stopped but he said it did not feel the same as when he takes the regular pill. He also felt shortness of breath for a couple brief seconds which went away. Can anyone tell me about these capsules? The pharmacy said they are the same thing but I want to make sure. Thank you.
possibly the capsules were sapasoproxyvon. which contains the opioid ( proxyvon) . oxycodon is also an opioid . but both of them differ in some properties. excess dose of opioid leads to problems in breathing. i would recommend you to use same oxycodone rather than going to something else.
