What Are These Dry White Patches On My Vagina ?
Hi, I have dry white patches in my vagina. This is not a discharge. I thought it might be a yeast infection, however I have absolutely no symptoms of a yeast infection: No burning, itching, or hurting when I urinate. Help, please?! I am a 19 year old female, 5ft tall, about 110 pounds. No history of any kind of vaginal infection. I have no one to talk to about this and am without a gynecologist . I am trying to find something I can afford seeing as how I don t have insurance. Anyone with answers, please help!!!

Hi , It can be fungal infection , take tablet secnidazole 2 gms stat . yao can apply candid-V gel locally and see the response.
