What Are These Hard Bumps On My Forehead And How Can I Get Rid Of Them?

I am 69 years old and have developed some type of hard bumps on my forehead and no amount of cleaning has cleared them up. I am not used to having skin issues so this is very bothersome to me. What do you think they are and is there I something I can try short of having a dermatologist remove them?

Dermatologist 's  Response
hello,

with your history, I can only come to one diagnosis: sebaceous hyperplasia which become prominent in middle-aged or elderly people appearing as numerous yellowish pink small raised skin lesion seen especially on the forehead and temples, and are of usually no clinical significance.

If you are too concerned regarding its removal, you can meet a dermatologist and he can remove them by either cautery or carbon dioxide laser.

Thanks
