Hi. I am normally on a 29 day cycle. I am on my my 2nd day of being late and i all of the sudden have been getting a little crampy and now i have a light red discharge. What does this mean?

Getting 2 dats late is not a big issue.Might be you are going to get your periods and thats what the cramp is all about.Wait and watch for sometime and if the cramps persist without bleeding consult a doctor.
