There are two types of head injury.
1) EXTERNAL: in the form of bruise, CLW
2)INTERNAL: due needing in brain.it normally doesn't occur with such type of injury..Still it should be watched for.Its symptoms are vomiting, ear mouth bleeding. If any of this happens then show immediately to doctor. Then CT scan is needed.
