This is the time to take care of your hair. For that keep your
scalp clean use herbal shampoo to clean your scalp and hair. Use deep conditioning treatment and avoid shampooing your hair daily. Comb it gently and as your hair dries apply a water based herbal moisturizer or apply gently almond oil, coconut oil or the oil that suits you well gently.
Take time to apply it or get it applied with gentle massaging with fingers. Comb it slightly and leave it like that so that the hair gets nourished and is moist. You will have to take care of your regular diet. Take supplements that is good for hair. You can include food that is good for hair in your regular diet. Take oysters, seeds, nuts, dry fruits, eggs, fatty fish, green vegetables, beans, etc.
Avoid the use of heat or styling for a couple of days. Take homemade balanced diet. Sometimes, underling health condition may be the cause of damage hair like
anemia, unbalanced diet,
hypothyroidism,
autoimmune disease, mineral or
vitamin deficiency, etc. You are advised to get clinically examined by a GP. Get required tests and investigations done. Get treated at the earliest.
