You have
hepatitis B; hence you have liver dysfunction, infection, enlarged liver. Increased level of bile salts under the skin, increase level of
alkaline phosphatase cause itching. Increased level of histamine also causes itching. Take antihistamine for relief. You are suggested to take care of your hygiene, take bath regularly and wear loose fitting cotton clothes. Apply ointment
hydrocortisone on the area affected for relieve, cold compress will also give relief.
Take pain relieving medicines, like
Acetaminophen, one stat when needed to get rid of headache. You can talk about the symptoms with your treating doctor. You should get repeat LFT, USG liver, blood works and if required CT done to assess your liver condition so that you can be accordingly treated.
Take adequate amount of water and fluids, do not stay dehydrated.
Dehydration triggers headache. Take boiled food that is well cooked for a couple of days. Avoid taking spicy food, junk food, packaged food, processed food. Avoid red meat, fatty and oily food. Prefer to take boiled water.
