Hello,

Inform her treating doctor about the side effects that she is suffering from so that she may be given some alternative treatment or dose reduced. If that is not possible, you can consult another doctor who can assess your daughter's situation, adjust her medication, or recommend alternative treatments. Stuttering can be treated by speech therapy. Speech therapy can help manage or significantly reduce stuttering. Be patient, it may take some time.

Therapy like diaphragmatic breathing, progressive relaxation, prolonged speech, continuous voicing and airflow, etc., help improve stuttering. Tremors are also side effect of the same, get her examined by a neurologist. Get required tests and investigations done. She will be treated with medicines and physical therapy.

Physical therapy helps improve muscle control and coordination. Regular exercises reduce tremors. Stress management will help reduce anxiety. Do not lose hope, be patient. She will improve. She should keep herself well hydrated. Dehydration worsens tremors. She should avoid taking alcohol, caffeine or anything that triggers her symptoms. She should be at rest and comfortable.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
