What Can I Do For L5-S1 Degeneration With Disc Protrusion, Osteophytosis And Neural Foraminal Narrowing?

I have at the L5-S1 degeneration with broad disc protrusion, margianl osteophytosis and bilateral neural foraminal narrowing and I do not want surgery. O have numbness on right thigh all the waty dwon to my feet and severe burning inn my ankle what can I do ? I am currently in PT and I get massages I need further help I do not want seriod injections . Help

In that case only options remaining are weight loss if over weight, pain medications and back muscle strengthening exercises.Also few minor changes like sitting position,sleeping posture, changes in day today activities like minor weight lifting, gait changes , standing position changes can help you.Your PT person can help you with this.
