What Can I Do To Alleviate Charlie Horse Pain In My Fingers And Calves During Nights?

I am getting Charlie horse pain in my fingers and calfs....especially during the night. I am 75 and have numerous medical issues but these just started since my dr limited my fluids and potassium, because of kidney failure...is there anything I can do to relieve this pain.

Hi,

As first-line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.

An arterial Doppler also required to rule out peripheral vascular diseases.
