I have been following all to the recovery instructions. I have my good days and bad days with the level of vaginal pain. I cant set for a long time even though I use ice packs and seat cushions. what can i do to speed up the healing process or at the least relieve the vaginal pain.
You can do kegels exercises to tone pelvic floor and help healing. Also can use hot and cold compresses. Don't lift heavy weights. Take often brakes and lay down.
