Hello,

Weak pelvic floor muscles, overactive prostate, or residual semen in the urethra can cause the symptoms that you are experiencing. Get clinically examined by a urologist to check for prostate or urethral issues. After ejaculation, urinate to clear any remaining semen from the urethra.

Avoid overstimulation. Excessive arousal or frequent sexual thoughts may trigger involuntary sperm leakage. Do Kegel exercises to strengthen pelvic floor muscles. Reduce stress. Keep yourself hydrated but do not take excess of water.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
