Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,

Kindly get your breastfeeding techniques and latchment assessed by a pediatrician / lactation counsellor. There are many minor/minute things we tend to miss out while feeding which can lead to poor sucking / latchment of breastfeed. I would suggest you to continue breastfeeding up to 2 years of age of the baby since it has the most beneficial effects you can come across.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Veena Bajulge, Pediatrician
