What Can Be Causing Periods Occur Within A Very Short Time?
Hello im richard, 23 years old i have a question about my girlfriend, she is 19 years old she is regular when it comes to her period but recently she had her period already to be precise, her period ended 6days ago, but now when she woke up, her tummy hurts and she told me shes having her period again, what may be the cause of it? I have read online and everyt single cause for bleeding in between menses wasnt good. She told me it may just be stress but i dont thunk so.. Help me?

There are different causes of irregular bleeding such as: (1) stress can cause irregular cycles
(2) infection
(3)fibroids
(4)abnormal levels of thyroid hormone
(5)polyps in the cervix
(6)cancer of any aspect of the genital tract but this would be abnormal at her age
It is possible to have one episode of irregular bleeding and not have any additional problems however if it recurs she should consider visiting her doctor for an assessment.
