As, you have chronic Hepatitis B infection, your situation needs to be monitored periodically by repeated blood LFT as well as imaging of liver. Though, you are not having any ultrasonic abnormality, still, your blood tests of liver are definitely, much higher than the reverence range. Hence, if in the subsequent tests, the LFT enzymes are not coming down or increasing, or in the subsequent tests, sonographic changes show in the liver parenchyma, then it is an indication of treatment with anti-viral drugs.
Though, many cases of Hepatitis B are cured themselves without any treatment in some time. However, every case is different and is to be monitored individually to prevent any irreversible Liver damage or even presence of any liver carcinoma etc.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
