What Can Be Done Foe Purple Blisters On BCG Area?

Hi, my son is 4 and a half months old, he had his bcg done in may. it has become a purple blister which has flaky dry skin coming off. also it has green spot it looks like puss, and now also has what looks like blood underneath it to. he is well in himself, my gp said he has never seen nething like it so cant say what it is. please help. thanks nadine

Hi,
Nothing to worry, this type of local reaction after BCG vaccine is common.
There will be blister and might burst open and again there might be re-filling.
After some time this will be healed up leaving small scar.
No need of applying any cream.
