Hello,

BPPV or acute viral labyrinthitis or vestibular neuronitis may be not identified on MRI.

So you may have to take symptomatic treatment like antibiotics with vestibular sedatives. In case of hypotension or cardiac problem, you have to be diagnosed by ECG or echo.

For musculoskeletal or neurological causes diagnosed by clinical examination with MRI.

Use tablet Vertin thrice a day for five days. So please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
