My baby did not deliver his body waste for one day.. how can he deliver his stool?

How old is your baby? Not passing stool for one day or even two days is normal as long as the stool he passes is not hard enough to be painful.In small children, taking laxatives is not suggested and alteration in the food habits is the best treatment.
