What Can Be Done To Help My Husband With Constant Pain And A Bone Fragment Issue After His Leg Surgery?

Online doctors. Hi, The question is about my husband. When hit by a motorcyclist, Marco lower left leg broke in several places. Was operated on and metal was added, 4th piece. The operation took place at a hospital in Dar el salam, Tanzania. From there, everything apparently developed, until the end of March, when he got terrible pain, a new wound appeared, and there one could fish two bone fragments out. The problem now is that he still has the metal in his leg, as well as constant excruciating pain. And the hospital says they can do no more for him. Other than that he comes every day and gets his wounds cleaned. But I know and believes, that more can be done, it makes no sense to have to live with so much pain. So my question is, 1. What can you advise me to do to help him? 2. Can you recommend a hospital and a specialist in Dar el salam or Other places in Tanzania, east-cost Best regards Benedikte Sofia
