Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would explain that your low heart rate values are related to Atenolol.

For this reason, I recommend reducing to half the dose of Atenolol. If your heart rate does not increase, stopping Atenolol may be needed.

Your blood pressure values are perfectly normal.
