What Can Be Taken For Severe Fatigue And Excessive Sleepiness?
my fiance is unusually tired. he sleeps on the way to work, on the way home and when he comes home at 4.00 pm he falls asleep till around seven then he eats and he is back to sleep till the next day when he has to go to work again. he has Hep B and C. What could i give him so he has more energy

Probably, he may be suffering from narcolepsy or sleep apnea or restless leg syndrome or hepatic failure with hepatic encephalopathy.
Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is. Please get examined for liver function tests, serum ammonia, blood urea and serum creatinine.
Use tablet Levocetirizine. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor, he will examine and treat you accordingly.
