What Can Be Taken To Soften Stool After Cleansing The System With Dulcolax, Miralax And Gatorade?

I have completed a cleanse ( 3 Ducolax, 64 oz of Gatorade with 8.3 bottle of Miralax) eight hours ago. I have only had three movements and all have been hard small balls. Can I safely take anything else to soften bowels? Could it be a bowel obstruction?

Hi There

I've read your query and I understand your concern

I would like to tell you if Laxative are not helping you out then you can take enema to get relief from constipation. If you have severe abdominal pain and enema doesn't help then it can be bowel obstruction and you need immediate medical attention.

If you don't have occasional constipation then It's advisable for you to personally consult with a Gastroentrologist and get a evaluation done.

Hopefully this has answered your query
Wish you Good Luck
