Hello doctor I am 32 years old and married 5 years ago and living with my husband for 2 years but we have no children . my husband lives abroad for a year .he will come here in 1st jan 2014 and stay with me for 5 months. Now I want a child so what can I do?

Usually normal regular periods lasts for 28 days.In this 28 days cycle,ovulation takes place at the 14th day.But it may vary if there is irregular periods.
The lifespan of ovum lasts for 24-48 hours.So, the most fertile period in which you get maximum chances of getting pregnant is between day10-day18 of your periods.
I would advice you to have sexual activity in this period for maximum benefits.
