What Can Be The Cause For Hitting Pain Behind My Head?
I am a Guy of 32 Years Running. I Have been married for 2 years and 5 Months. Recently when I start to get intimate with my wife I feel like someone is hitting behind my Head, and it starts to spread throughout my Head. I can t even continue to finish except keep myself stopped and to fall on to Pillow to overcome this unbearable pain. What can be the cause of This?
You have classic symptoms of what is referred to as a coital headache. This is not uncommon and can be treated preventatively using medication. However, here is the kicker....you should not be automatically treated without there being some initial studies, especially of the carotid arteries using MRA or CTA. (Ultrasound is not able to see the entire trajectory of the arteries so may miss things).
These studies should be looking to rule out aneurysmal swelling or abnormal connections called fistula because this could be the cause of the sudden pain. Also, there could be other vascular anomalies present such as AVM's, etc.
If nothing is found then, seek out a headache specialist for an effective regimen of medication that can help prevent these headaches.
