What Can Be The Cause Of Dizziness, nausea, diarrhea, back Pain?

My daughter is 19. She is having hot flashes, dizziness, gets nauseous every time she tries to eat, diarrhea, lower back pain, bruising and has lost alot of weight. She just had blood work done, everything was fine. The doctor put her on medicine for ulcers, it s not helping. Any ideas?
