My cardiologist just informed me she would like me to have a CT because the results of my echo cardiogram showed a dark spot. I'm so concerned I virtually have forgotten everything she was saying to me over the phone. She mentioned something about wanting to rule out an artifact. I'm waiting for my appointment for the CT.
Hi, There must be a communication gap, between you and your physician. If CT has been advised, she might have visualized any suspicious mass to be ruled out.
