What Can Be The Growth Inside The Ear Of 20 Month Old Child ?

hello, i saw something in my 20 month old pre mature child ear when he was 10 months old and i took him to the clinic but the doc just observed him and said nothing was there.but yesterday i observed his ear and i saw a growth inside his ear.am so scared

chances of wax in ear are there,pl do not panic go to ENT specialist & consult him .yours child will be cured.
