What Can Be The Proper Diet Plan For 14 Months Baby ?

HI, my baby boy is just completing his 14 months, he will be day care as we both are working. Please suggest us the diet plan for the whole day, as he will be in day care from morning 8.30 to 7.30 P.M. Thanks in advance

Hi,
Ideally it should be 3 meals a day plus a snack.
Breakfast-Oats cooked in milk with a furit of choice
Lunch-Khichdi or Dal Chawal
Evening snack-Apple and banana or any other fruits mashed witha little milk
Dinner-Little rice cooked with lots of vegetable
Milk intake-Atleast 400-500ml

morning- 1 cup of milk + porridge( oats, poha-rice flakes, nachni, rawa) + 2-3 grated almonds

midmorning- fruit(elaichi banana, stewed apple/apple cut/ pear)

lunch- moong dal khichdi ( with veggies) + 1 boiled egg ( ask the creche if they can boil and give)

evening- 1 glass milk + biscuits/ cheese slice

midevening- soup (tomato, mix veg, carrot )

dinner- khichdi or 2 small chapatis (soft with oil) +dal or soft cooked rice with dal and soft cooked veg/mashed poatato

bedtime- 1 cup milk

Water after every meal
