Good day doctor .My son is 9 year old still he does urine in bed, he is in 4th std well in studies, what shall I DO?

get his urine checked, if any abnormality found, treat it.

you can also help him by stopping his liquid intake after 8 p.m.
you should also ask him to urinate before going to bed.
& you can use midnight alarm,wake him up,ask him to urinate,this will also help him to overcome the problem of enuresis alongwith medicine.
