Hi,I am Dr. Subhankar Chakraborty (Gastroenterologist). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I am a 26 year old male. For the last month I have felt nauseated....every morning and sometimes in the afternoon. I sometimes feel bloated and burp a lot. I have had test run and everything checks out fine. About 3 months ago I was told I was lactose intolerant.....so I try to stay away from dairy products and thought maybe this was causing my symptoms so I have been taking a dairy digestive supplement with every meal for about 4 days now....but I am still experiencing nausea. My doctor thinks I have anxiety since all my test check out fine. Can you help me?
You have past history of lactose intolerant so any dairy products use may cause nausea. Try to avoid dairy products.
For anxiety you have to do behaviour therapy. Behaviour therapy is helpful for anxiety. Try to be relax . Avoid stressful condition.
Meditation and yoga helpful for anxiety. Consent a physician for further treatment. I hope my guidance is helpful to you. Take care. Thank you very much.
