What Can Be The Reason For Not Able To Control The Left Eye Movement Which Then Become Cross-eyed?

My daughter has complained of headaches all week. On Thursday, she came home complaining that her left eye was bothering her. Yesterday she woke up and could not have light in that eye. When I got home from work last night she could not control the movement of her left eye. Her left eye had completed become cross-eyed. We took her to emergency this morning and still waiting for results.

What could this be?

Hello
It seems from the history that your daughter is having headache and sudden crossing of the left eye.
These symptoms indicate nerve pslsies supplying the extra ocular muscles.
The causes are mainly neurological in origin.
Hence I advice you to consult neurologist at the earliest for examination to find out underlying cause and treatment accordingly.

Thank you
