What Can Be The Reason For Sudden Inset Of Ache On The Breasts?

Hi! Last night my left breast started to ache when I was asleep. It is the side of my breast but it hurts like it is an inner organ. It hurt when I was lying on my side or on my stomach. It felt better when I was on my back. All night I hurt. Today I still have it as I bend over or hunch my back or sit weird. It is not like muscle pain. And also I am 23, female and have breast cancer in the family. I have not been moving a lot for a couple of months either. Maybe 15-30 min work out everyday. Other than that I am always sitting and working. What do you think it could be?

It can be either just sprain, or very early alarming sign of developing small fibroadenomatous nodule, which may revile later on.So just now u can take pain releiver if intolerable pain and docheck your breast regularly if bouts of pain are frequent.
