What Can Be The Reason For The White Vein Under The Skin Of The Penis Below The Gland?

My name is Adrian and today I notices a worm like white vein under the skin of my penis below the head (below the gland) and am very concerned. Its not painful to touch but painful during intercourse. My wife is urging to ER and we are both very concerned. Please advise.

Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, let me assure you,seeing a vein on the penile skin is normal.
This is seen in many males, and no cause for worry at all.
It may become painful at time of intercourse, as it gets filled up with blood.
Then the blood drains off gradually, and pain is relieved.
