Hello,

You should take the medicines as prescribed by your treating doctor. All medicines have side effects. Saaz has Sulfasalazine as an ingredient. While taking it, plenty of water and fluids are taken to prevent kidney stone formation. Take it with lots of water to avoid kidney stones and other problems.

Get clinically examined by a GP, get ultrasonography or CT done to rule out or detect kidney stones. If kidney stones are detected you will be treated accordingly at an early stage, if the report shows negative result, meaning no kidney stones detected then your anxiety & stress will get reduced.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
