hey doc i get injured three month before on my upper maxillay bone just medial to zygomaticomaxillay suture....n had taken lots of pain killer n antibiotics but no relive its continously paining.....what will be d treatment please help me n what could be diagnosis?please help me

I really appreciate your concern the bony injury if surround with soft tissue then it is very painful and takes little more time if doe not comes around then you need to go for x-ray test to rule out the possibility of fracture, take care and have a nice day.
