Hello,
Stop taking food rich in fat and sugar. Avoid eating oily, spicy, junk food as they will trigger your symptoms. Take fiber rich, home cooked food. The food needs to be well cooked. Take berries, fruits, veggies, beet, potatoes, whole grains, etc. Take adequate amount of water and fluids to help better bowel movement. Avoid
constipation. Take laxatives if needed.
Avoid taking caffeine, beverages, and food that have
gluten. Take small amount of food multiple times a day, take food that is easily digestible. To get rid of symptoms, take antacids and PPIs. With correct diet and medicines your symptoms will reduce. f the symptoms remain persistent then you are advised to get clinically examined by a GP, get blood tests and imaging tests done to rule out
peptic ulcer, esophageal ulcer or any other underlying medical condition.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
