Hi ID just started painting and after about 20mins my ears felt blocked and I became extremely dizzy. 20mins after that I vomited. I'm guessing this sickness is from the fumes but do I need to do anything else, other than get some fresh air and lie down?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have blocked ear and a dizzy feeling which could be due to ear wax, blocked nose by cold & sinus infection, accumulation of water within the ear, changes in atmospheric pressure and blockage in the Eustachian tubes. It could be due to inhalation of fume sprays. I would suggest you to consult ENT specialist for proper examination. You should use Wax Softening Solution or wax dissolving solutions. You should use nasal sprays. You should do this excercise Take a deep breath and pinch your nose. Now, try to exhale like you are trying to breathe out. Do warm saline gargles. Get examination done by audiometer if it is really troubling.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
