What Can Cause A Circle Formation On The Roof Of Mouth And Tonsils?

the roof of my mouth has a perfect circle in the middle of it, than on the right side of my mouth is an even larger one i believe that either on or near the tonsils, i have no idea since i am 15, but coupe of days ago, my ear also started to hurt but went away, witch was my left year, now my right ear i think is starting to get it, if you can help that would be appreciated

Such lesions can be due to fungal infection or ulcerative lesion that can be benign or malignant.
Please send me the pictures of the lesion so that I can suggest you better.
