General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Lumps under the chin are usually harmless. Most of the time, they're caused by swollen lymph nodes. This swelling is typically triggered by an infection. I recommend to check your denture for any infection.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
