What Can Cause A Raised Red Line On Stomach?

Hi i am 48 yrs old just stepped outta the shower and I noticed a red line on my stomach that was not there before...I have not had something sctrach me it almost looks like someone took a red pen and drew a line on my stomach its not sore its not raised up its just there...help what could it be.
