What Can Cause A Urine Infection?

I have inflammation when I urinate and also on the palms of my hands. I was prescribed with C- Max but after 5 days treatment there is no improvement. Now my stomach also burns. I cannot put my hands under cold water it is very painful.

* Causes of urinary infections are bacterial invasion , altered urinary pH
following dehydration , drug induced, immunocompromise , stones ,
sexually transmitted diseases , genital infections etc.
* Palm issue is different than urine infection
* Stomach burning is drug induced
