i noticed that my left testicle is broken unlike the right testicle its purely round in shape. during my childhood i ve had a bicycle accident and my balls was hit. i didnt experienced any pain and any signs of abnormality until i grew up except that my left testicle is broken. i assessed it during my shower. will it result into infertility? will i still able to make my wife pregnant?

Good day and thank you for being with healthcare magic!

Even with one good testicle, your odds of being fertile is still good as long as your right testicle is normal and functioning properly. To really assess your fertility i would suggest getting a sperm analysis done. This way we will have an idea of the status and function of the right testis. An ultrasound of the scrotum would also be a good idea to check the status of the left and the right testis. Regards, Manuel C. See IV, M.D. DPBU FPUA Please hit thanks.
