Hello,

Is it below the nipple? what is the size of the lump? It is common in teenage hormonal changes lead to gland enlargement.

It may be due to mastitis or local infection. Whether it is having any discharge? Any aggravation during menstrual cycle?

Don't worry use evening primrose oil locally, please consult your gynaecologist or surgeon he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
