Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from pin worm infestation with Irritable bowel problems. Take tablet Albendazole followed by repeated dose after 2 weeks. Keep your bed clean, change bed sheets, avoid smoking.
Wash hands every time before breakfast. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
