What Can Cause Abdominal Cramps And Rectal Bleeding?
Hi, I saw blood on the toilet paper after pooping this morning, and am now cramping in my abdominal area, like I am about to start my period but am not due for a couple weeks. Not sure if they have something in common or two separate incidents, wanted to check.
Abdominal cramps and rectal bleeding may be due to bacillary dysentery or amoebic dysentery or endometriosis or haemorrhoids or fissure or fistula. Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.
Please get stool examination is done, use tablet Ofloxacin Ornidazole twice a day for five days. Check for menstrual bleeding may causing this problem.
If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
